Who is Payoneer?
Payoneer markets, manages and services prepaid MasterCard® cards. Payoneer works together with Royal Bank of Scotland and First Bank of Delaware to process and issue cards. A leader in offering prepaid solutions for online applications, Payoneer has offices in New York and Tel Aviv.

Who can get a Prepaid MasterCard®?
Anyone over the age of 13, with or without a bank account can receive the Prepaid MasterCard® provided by Payoneer. In order to apply for the ROI Rocket card, you have to first log in to you ROI Rocket account, and you will then be able to order a card.

How do I find an ATM?

The ATM gives me choices of multiple accounts to choose from to withdraw money, which one should I choose:
Options ATM’s may display are: Credit Card / Debit Card / Savings / Current / Checking - The choice should be “Current” or “Checking”

How can I use the Prepaid MasterCard® card?
The Prepaid MasterCard® card works just like any other MasterCard®. The card is accepted at all locations worldwide, wherever MasterCard® is accepted electronically. You can use it at any point of sale location to make purchases, whether online or at retail locations. You can also use the Prepaid MasterCard® at ATMs worldwide to withdraw cash. With the added security of choosing your own PIN, you can be assured of no unauthorized use of your card.

Can I use the Prepaid MasterCard® on the internet?
The Prepaid MasterCard® may be used for online transactions wherever MasterCard® is an accepted form of payment.

Who can use the card?
The cardholder is the person whose name is imprinted on the card. This is the person to whom the card was issued and the named person is the only authorized user of the card.

What happens to my card if I don't use it?
If the card value is depleted to zero, no fees will apply. Should the card remain at a zero balance for sixty (60) consecutive days, the account will be suspended. We will always welcome you back when the card is reloaded.

How do I activate my card?
Once you receive your card in the mail, you can activate it as follows:
 • Click on Activate on the Payoneer homepage.
 • Enter the User ID and Password you chose when your card was ordered. (If you forgot your User ID or Password, they can be found in the email from Payoneer confirming your card order.)
 • Enter your new PIN (must be 4 digits) and click Activate.
 • Enter the information requested and your new personal four digit PIN.
 • Click Continue. Payoneer will display a confirmation message and send an e-mail when you have successfully changed the PIN.

Note: Do not use your card unless funds are loaded. Some ATM’s will “eat” your card, if you use it without any funds available.

How do payments to me become available on my Prepaid MasterCard®?
Whenever payments are loaded to your Prepaid MasterCard®, you will be notified by email and will be required to accept payment. These funds will be available to you within 2 to 4 business days of accepting payment. Please make sure that payouts@payoneer.com emails are not being directed to your bulk mail.

Can I load my Prepaid MasterCard® in other ways?
Yes. You can load the Prepaid MasterCard® with other credit or debit cards (Visa® or MasterCard®), electronic checks (US bank accounts only), or cash. To learn more, go to www.payoneer.com.

How do I check my balance?
Click on My Account (note: you can also click on My Account from the Payoneer homepage).
Enter the User ID and Password you chose when your card was ordered.
Select the option to view your balance.

What is the maximum amount the Prepaid MasterCard® can be loaded with?
Our prepaid Payout card is available only through approved corporate customers. This card allows a total limit of $12,500. A daily spending limit is set at $2,500. Daily ATM withdrawal limit is set at $1000. Ex: If you have $8,000 on the card and withdraw $1000 from an ATM(s), you will still be able spend another $1500 in stores.

Note: Withdrawal limits may also be restricted by the local ATM acquirer, and they could be lower than the daily limit stated above.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Contact us immediately to report a lost or stolen card. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the following telephone numbers:

How do I cancel the card and get any remaining funds back?
You may cancel your card, by sending an e-mail request to support@payoneer.com. Please state the last 8 digits of your card and the name of the cardholder, as it appears on the card. Payoneer will cancel the card.
Withdrawing any remaining funds on the card can be accomplished in two ways:
You may withdraw the remaining funds at an ATM.
Payoneer can issue a check in the name of the cardholder, unless you request it to be issued to another person. The check will be mailed to the cardholder address as it appears in our files. A fee of $5.00 is applicable for this service.

When I need additional customer service support, when should I contact ROI Rocket and when should I contact Payoneer?
You should contact ROI Rocket for all issues relating to how they track referrals and collect fees paid out to you. Once any funds are loaded onto your card, any questions you may have about your card account and/or card usage should be directed to Payoneer.
